In short: we collect only what you type into our forms, plus the technical data needed to deliver and protect the website. We use it to send you the software, answer your questions, and, only if you agree, send occasional product news. We don't sell your data or use advertising trackers.

The Phasix desktop application runs on your computer and does not send your calculations, compositions, or any other data to us.

We use these service providers. They process data only to provide their service to us.

If we start accepting online payments, the payment provider will process payment details as a separate seller or processor, under its own privacy policy. We will update this page before that happens.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, transfers are covered by the provider's standard contractual protections.

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, or Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law), you can ask us to:

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Verification codes are stored only as one-way hashes, installers are kept in private storage, and download links expire after 10 minutes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

8. Children

Our website and software are intended for professionals and students aged 18 or older. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the "Last updated" date. For significant changes affecting data we already hold, we will tell you by email.
