Refund Policy

In short: try Phasix free for 14 days before you buy. Once a paid license key has been activated, we don't give refunds for change of mind. If Phasix has a fault that stops it working as described and we can't fix it, you get your money back.
1. Try before you buy
Every Phasix download includes a free, fully working 14-day evaluation, with no payment or license key needed. Please use it to check that Phasix suits your work, your gas compositions, and your computer before purchasing.
2. When you can get a refund
- License not yet activated: if you paid but haven't activated your license key, you can cancel for a full refund within 14 days of payment.
- Fault we can't fix: if Phasix has a defect that stops it working as described in its documentation, report it within 30 days of payment. If we can't fix it or give you a workable solution within 14 days of your report, we refund the license in full.
- Billing mistakes: duplicate payments or charges for the wrong amount are always refunded.
3. When refunds are not given
- After the license key has been activated, for reasons other than an unfixable fault (for example, change of mind, the project ended, or the license is no longer needed)
- For problems caused by unsupported systems (Phasix requires Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit), or by changes to the Software you weren't permitted to make
- For partially used license or support periods
4. Team and invoiced licenses
For team, site, or invoiced purchases, any cancellation and refund terms in your quote or order apply. Where the quote is silent, this policy applies.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order number, the email used for the purchase, and the reason. For a fault, include a description of the problem and, if possible, the input data or a screenshot (please leave out confidential plant data).
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method. If you bought through an online payment provider, the refund is issued through that provider and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear. When a refund is issued, the related license is deactivated and the Software must be uninstalled.
6. Your legal rights
This policy doesn't limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Where such a law gives you more rights, those rights apply.
